Our store hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm EST(We are closed all major and some minor holidays)

If you have an item for return or refund, please email kevin@kevinslair.com first with description of problem and I will then contact you with a method for returning item for replacement or refund. You have 30 days to email me about the return.

All orders placed after 4:00pm EST on Friday will be processed the next business day. This does not include holidays.

If one of your items are on back order when ordered, I will refund and cancel the back order. If the item is the only thing purchased I will cancel the order.

If I cancel your order, you may see an "Authorization" on your statement. According to GoogleCheckout this is normal and will go away after a few days. It's not an actual charge until I actually charge the order.

I really don't want to do this but I have to.

If an item comes back to me as undeliverable becuase of a mistake on the customers part, I will have to charge another fee of $ 3.50 - $ 4.00 to ship it back out. I really don't like doing this, but the cost of reshipping items is getting out of hand with all of the mail I am getting back. Please, make sure that you give me the most accurate address for your mail.

USPS Parcel Post: 5-9 Business Days
USPS Priority: 3 Business Days
UPS Ground: 3-5 Business Days
